Rotzler Snatch Block- Maintenance Free

This maintenance free snatch block weighs less, lifts more! Lifts up to 70,000 lbs!

HOW TO USE

Start up winch until the rope is slightly tensioned. Ensure that the rope is always in the snatch block pulley bed. If this is not the case, stop the winch and manually place the rope in the pulley bed. Only continue work after all hands are removed from the snatch blocks. Slowly pull in the load. Perform Recovery.

The diagram below show connection methods for Deflection, Triple Line Pull, Double Line Pull, and Floating Bridle.

The intended use of the snatch block is deflection of the wire rope or doubling of the pulling force at pulling winch operation, i.e. during recovery and moving of ground adhesive loads up to an inclination of 45°.
